Secret of lord Vishnu's serpent

             Greetings for the day!!!

Sreeman Narayanan sleeps on the coils of a serpent which has many hoods. The serpent is called Adi - Ananta - Sesha which represents the time.

Adi - the word Adi represents primary sensation. When Sreeman Narayanan wakens up from slumber, the world starts existing. When we wake up from sleep, we can feel the flow of time (for example, when we open our eyes from sleep, our brain starts asking "what's the time now?"). This is called primary sensation and mathematically it is denoted as one or the beginning.

Ananta - the word Ananta represents infinite or uncountable. When Sreeman Narayanan is awaken, the universe starts evolving and the flow of time can be felt. When we are in awaken state, we perceive the universe in infinite ways. This is the ultimate sensation and is mathematically represented as infinity.

Sesha - the word Sesha represents void or zero. When Sreeman Narayanan is in deep sleep, the universe does not exist and there is no flow of time. When we are in deep sleep, we won't be able to sense the flow of time. So what remains in this is void or nothing. This is mathematically represented as zero.

Thus the slumber, waking and awakened states of the god on the serpent represents the flow of time. The lord is the supreme power of the universe. Without him, not even a micro particle exist in this universe.
