Aham Brahmasmi
The birth of Brahma represents the birth of human consciousness. The consciousness represented by Brahma is finite. But it has the capability of leading to the realisation of infinite consciousness which is Brahman.
'Aham Brahmasmi' is a Vedic maxim. It means "I'm Brahma (finite consciousness)" as well as "I'm Brahman (infinite consciousness)"
I'm Brahma - this is the acknowledgement of the finite truth of the universe. This connects the individual consciousness with the universe consciousness with has been unravelled.
I'm Brahman - this is the aspiration to connect with the universal infinite truth that awaits unravelling.
Thus the Vedic maxim "Aham Brahmasmi" increases the connectivity of human mind with the cosmic from known to unknown.
