Why Brahma is not worshipped?

The human mind or Brahma, observes that the nature changes from place to place. There are vast oceans, deserts, ice cold mountains, rainy forests etc.

Even if we sit in one place and observe the nature, we can find that it changes from time to time. Sun rises and sets, moon waxes and wanes, the celestial sphere (earth) revolves around the pole star (sun). Everything that is born eventually dies.

Inside mother's womb, everything is immovable and comfortable. Being an unborn baby, nothing is expected. But, outside, everything moves and everyone have to act to survive.

Nature is Saraswati, the restless goddess who takes multiple forms. This frightens Brahma to the core.

Brahma or human mind is blessed with imagination. He imagines a time when nature fulfills his desire which gives him joy. He imagines a time when nature overwhelms him. This frightens him. He imagines a time when he is not able to sense nature. This time is nothing but death.

Brahma passes on this fear to the human beings. The fear of mortality is passed onto to all living creatures of earth. That's why babies cry as soon as they are born. That's why Brahma is not worshipped.
