Birth of Maharishi Suka
Maharishi Suka was the son of great sage Vyasa. He had a parrot head. When he was in his mother's womb, he refused to leave the womb after the completion of ten months in the womb.
Sage Vyasa requested him to come out to the world but he neglected it. After twelve years of prolonged pregnancy of his mother, he came out to the world.
Since he did not want to trouble his pregnant mother he embraced the world. He did not have the whim to experience the material reality of the world.
While he was in his mother's womb, he had heard his father chanting hymns of the Veda. He knew the difference between finite truth and infinite truth.
He did not want to indulge himself in the worldly pleasures. He wanted to experience infinity. He wanted to reach the abode of lord Sreeman Narayana and becoming one with him.
